Appointment Policy.

At our salon, we uphold a 48-hour notice policy for appointment cancellations or rescheduling to ensure seamless service delivery. Our salon has introduced booking and cancellation policies to encourage clients to adhere to the policy and avoid late cancellations or no-shows.
To avoid incurring this fee, kindly respond to the confirmation messages or contact us more then 48 hours prior to your appointment! This allows us to reschedule your appointment if necessary and offers the time slot to other clients on our waitlist.
Cancellation Policy.
To ensure we can continue providing our quality services to all clients, we have implemented a cancellation policy.

Clients who fail to show up or repeatedly cancel their appointments may be required to place a non-refundable deposit of $100 when scheduling a new appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of their next appointment date. Please note that any cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Confirmation Message.
Confirmation messages are sent 3 – 5 days prior to your upcoming appointment. Response to this message is required asap or at least 48hours prior to your appointment to secure it.
Two attempts will be made to follow up clients that have not confirmed, via phone call and text message. If we have not received a response after these attempts, then your appointment will be cancelled, and the time offered to waiting clients.
